How would you describe yourself?
I’m an Air Force wife, mother to a preschooler and a crafty gal.

Tell us a little about your family.
We are military and currently living in Wyoming. My son is a preschooler and the main inspiration for my blog. As a family we like to travel, cook together and of course craft!

Who designed your blog?
I actually hired someone off of Etsy a few years ago and have been in love with it ever since.

How did you come up with your blog name?
Before my son came along, my husband and I lived in Turkey at the Air Force Base there. I was dabbling in selling handmade cards and jewelry & one night the name came to me. Ever since then, it has stuck

When did you begin to craft?
I’ve always been crafty since a young age. My school projects were always decked out with crafty elements & tons of glitter, of course!

Do you sell your crafts?
At this point in time no but one of my dreams is to own my own boutique and studio in the future.

How do you find new projects?
Lately children’s books have been inspiring a lot of my kid craft posts on my blog, so a good trip to the local library or Barnes and Noble is where my inspiration stems from.

What has been your sweetest success story?
Probably when my son’s teachers noticed they were doing projects from my blog. It kinda made me feel like a celebrity when they put two and two together that it was my blog they were following along.

How do you prioritize time with your family, projects and your blog?
This is the main reason I like to focus on kid crafts on my blog. It’s not really “work” when I’m including my son in my projects. I get to spend time with him AND do work for my blog at the same time. It’s the perfect setup.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I really hope to have my own published book by then and be in the starting process of owning my own storefront. I really want to have a studio where I can teach classes hands on and have more of a face-to-face interaction with my followers.

What has been your favorite project?
Just one? That’s tough. Any of our handprint keepsake ideas have been my favorite since they double as d├ęcor throughout our house and I love looking back at the sweet memories they hold.

Who are some of your favorite craft bloggers that inspire you?
I Heart Crafty Things, 30 Minute Crafts and Kid Activities Blog
